What do the employees at your company say?
Every word, post on social media, and picture reflects your brand. A brand is a promise, a trust that, once the promise is broken, customers/clients may never return.
As a JC Penney employee goes on air for a national morning show saying that his employer treats customers unfairly by lying about pricing, we wonder how many shoppers will not return.
Ask yourself when was the last time all employees had training that was interactive and engaging about the brand and taught them how to market the brand?
