CLEVELAND — Cleveland’s lakefront will be at the forefront of the Amplify Speaker Series June 24 at Windows on the River.
Six civic leaders will discuss their involvement in the development of Cleveland’s North Coast. The first of three presentations will focus on unique venues along the Lake Erie shoreline. Speakers will include:
Khalid Bahhur, commissioner, Burke Lakefront Airport
Kirsten M. Ellenbogen, president and CEO, Great Lakes Science Center
Greg Harris, president and CEO, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum
Jon Stahl, CEO, Lean Dog
The second presentation, featuring Richard Y. Pace, the president of Cumberland Real Estate Development, will center on development of the North Coast Harbor.
Kellie Rotunno, the COO of the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, will headline the third presentation, which will revolve around NEORSD’s efforts to shape a healthier lakefront.
The ticketed luncheon — presented by Contempo Communications, the Downtown Cleveland Alliance, and NorthCoast Harbor — is open to the public and takes place from 11:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sponsors include Cleveland Business Connects (CBC) magazine, NEORSD, Live Nation, Pease and Associates, and Infinity Construction.
Individual tickets are $35 for paid subscribers to CBC magazine and $45 for everyone else. VIP tables of eight are available for $500. To register, visit www.cbcmagazine.com/amplify2015. For sponsorship information, contact Sally Weinberg at (216) 831-9557.
